How do I attend this event?

Invitees are selected based on a number of criteria, not limited to: dedication to personal and professional growth, willingness to turnkey educational concepts learned, recommendation from peers and/or prior attendees, self-nomination, and servant-leadership mindset.

 

How come I didn’t get invited?

There are only 200 spots for MANY amazing educators from New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Not everyone who is qualified to go will be able to. We are limited in space.

 

What can I do to be involved, even if I’m not invited this time?

Follow attendees on the days of the event on Twitter with hashtag #ecet2njpa. We will stream live some sessions. More information to come.

 

What am I required to bring to the event and do while I’m there?

Bring yourself. Wi-fi is available, and we encourage attendees to tweet, blog, and share their experiences on social media. This benefits our peers in education who were unable to attend this time. While you’re here, enjoy the food, beverages, professional development, hotel room, and professional/personal relationships you form.

 

How do I submit a proposal to present?

Open call for Proposal presentations are now open. We will tweet out and post updates on this website, and our Facebook page. Follow, bookmark, and like to keep updated.

 

I’m invited. I RSVP’ed. How do I check-in to the hotel?

A separate email will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event, detailing all hotel check-in procedures. All rooms are double occupancy. If you know someone else attending the event and would like to share a room, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. No room changes can be accepted less than 5 days from the start of the convening.
